MBBS MD [Psychological Medicine]

A desire to understand patients' needs in their illness phase and help them through it led Dr. Ninad to specialise in psychiatry after completing his MBBS. He earned his MD in psychological medicine from Mumbai's prestigious Seth GS Medical College. His special areas of interest are neurocognitive medicine, sexual medicine, marital counseling, and personal counselling.
He held the post of President of the Indian Psychological Society [IPS-Pune Chapter] for the year 2017–2018. Dr. Ninad was also a postgraduate guide and an associate professor at Smt. Kashibai Navale Medical College and a general hospital. He has worked on the editorial board of the Annals of India Psychiatry, which is the official journal of the IPS-West zone.
He has been a faculty member for various conferences and a member of the organising committees of some conferences held in PUNE.
His hobbies are reading and driving.

Dr. Vidya Ganapathy has her MD [Psychological Medicine] (USAIM) and D.P.M. from Nair Hospital, Mumbai University. She has more than 18 years of experience in the field of psychiatry. She has also worked as a psychiatrist at NIMHANS Bangalore, a premier institute of national repute. Dr. Vidya has undergone training in child psychiatry, her special area of expertise, at NIMHANS. She is a certified therapist for early intervention in autism from the COMDEALL Trust, Bangalore.
She conducts play therapy for children with various behavioural problems and also has counselling sessions with the parents, with homework assignments for them. Dr. Vidya believes that the foundation of sound mental health is laid in childhood. With this in mind, she conducts an emotional wellness program, "Smell the Roses, Beat the Thorns," for promoting resilience in schoolchildren of various age groups. Dr. Vidya also holds workshops on parenting, where basic communication and disciplining skills are taught to parents in fun-based, interactive sessions. She conducts awareness programs on child mental health for parents and teachers.
As a therapist for early intervention in autism, she evaluates and diagnoses children on the autism spectrum. Her team then designs individualised and intensive intervention packages for them, either home-based or clinic based, with a view to covering their deficits in various domains like the sensory, motor, language, emotional, social, and cognitive ones. The clinic provides the family mediated intervention plan in digital mode, with a direct interface with HO, COMDEALL, Bangalore.
Dr. Vidya has presented case studies and scientific papers at various conferences. Soft-spoken and empathic, she shares a good rapport with parents and colleagues and endears herself to the child clients.

Ms. Taiba Patel is a clinical counsellor with almost 4 years of experience working in the mental health field. She completed MA in Counselling Psychology and certifications in mindfulness and trauma informed therapies from Canada and United Kingdom. Taiba is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and has a background in working with adolescents and adults experiencing ADHD, PTSD, Complex – PTSD, anxiety, depression, intergenerational trauma, childhood trauma, addiction, grief and loss, and relationship issues.
Taiba is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, emotionally focused therapy, solution focused therapy, and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, she is working towards EMDRIA (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Association) certification to become a EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) Trained Clinician. She incorporates mindfulness, psychoeducation, and client feedback in developing the treatment plans, and assisting clients to achieve their therapeutic goals, improved self-awareness, and become resilient. Taiba has worked with individuals from diverse cultures and nationalities. She also has an experience of working with LGBTQ+ individuals and assisting them in exploring their gender identity, sexual orientation, thinking about coming out and so on.

Dr. Mansi Bharvirkar is a Physical Therapist, who has studied at Sancheti Institute, and has had a decade long experience in the field of rehabilitation, in the USA. Even though she is a specialist in Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation, motherhood gave her the firsthand experience in how to deal with children with Sensory Perception Disorder.
Using her training and her instincts, she is passionate about helping children and their parents in helping them overcome the obstacles in assimilating their children into normal society. Along with practicing patient care, she greatly enjoys writing, reading and art-work!
Couselling Psychologist
She has completed Master of arts in Counselling Psychology from...She has a good deal of experience as a Teacher in Autism and disabled children. Softspoken and kind, children gel well and apply day to day living strategies she trains them on.Mrs.Jadhav is a trained Echo therapist, and designs Individualised Plans as per the needs of the child.
She counsels parents on dealing with the day to day challenges, at the same time recognising their strengths, and maintaining their own self-care. She also conducts individual and group therapy sessions for children and adolescents with special needs. She is interested in psychometric testing and psychotherapy.
MA-Art Therapy
With a Master’s in Art Therapy from La Salle College of the Arts, Singapore, I bring a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to supporting clients through creative expression. My clinical training includes placements offering both group and individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults across diverse settings. Grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, I tailor each session to meet clients where they are in their healing journey.
The creation of an attuned, non-judgmental, and emotionally safe space is central to my practice, with the client playing an active role in their own recovery. I approach each individual with deep curiosity and empathy, acknowledging the complexity of the human condition. My six years of experience in the design space continues to inform and enrich my therapeutic practice.

Mrs. Sheetal Kamtikar is a seasoned Special Educator with a Master's in Clinical Psychology and a B.Ed. in Special Education. With over 15 years of experience in special schools and esteemed institutions, she has developed expertise in counselling, assessments, Individualized Education Plan (IEP) development, and guidance for disability certification and related processes. Her extensive experience includes working with children with Autism, ADHD, and PDD.

Neurological Physiotherapist (MPT)
Dr. Ashwini Bajaj is a Neurological Physiotherapist with a strong passion for working with children, especially those with neurodevelopmental and sensory processing challenges. She has completed her Master of Physiotherapy in Neurology and has further developed her clinical expertise in sensory integration and neurodevelopmental therapy approaches.
She has three years of experience assessing and treating children with ADHD, autism, developmental delays, dyspraxia, and sensory-motor difficulties. She believes in a holistic, child-centered approach and works closely with parents and educators to achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

She holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology, along with a Diploma in Counselling Psychology. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
